Police are investigating in relation to a weapons call early Monday morning.

On August 12, 2024 at approximately 2:10 a.m. police were called to 22nd Street West and Avenue I North for a report of a weapon call in progress. Call information stated someone had shot at the caller.

Upon arrival, officers located the victims sitting in a vehicle that had the passenger side window smashed. The victims explained the incident happened while picking up someone from a residence in the 300 block of Avenue I North.

Officers then attended to the residence and cleared it. The suspect was not located; however, a piece of a CO2 pellet gun was found. At this time the firearm used in the incident is believed to be a CO2 pellet gun.
