Members of the Saskatoon Police Service Crime Reduction Team have concluded a drug trafficking investigation with the arrest of two men.
On August 30, 2024, members of the Crime Reduction Team (CRT), and Tactical Support Unit (TSU) executed a search warrant in the 1800 block of Idylwyld Drive North. As a result of this investigation, the following items were seized:

5385 grams of methamphetamine

1078 grams of fentanyl

980 grams of carfentanyl

515 grams of cocaine

Assorted paraphernalia consistent with drug trafficking
As a result, a 26-year-old man and a 44-year-old man are facing charges relating to possession for the purpose of trafficking (x3), trafficking a controlled substance, proceeds of crime over $5000, and possession of a controlled substance.
