The 18-year-old subject of a missing persons investigation has been located and found to be safe.

The Saskatoon Police is requesting public assistance locating a missing 18-year-old.
Maria Wahpistikawan was last seen August 28, 2024 in the 200 Block of Rever Road.
Maria is described as 5'5", weighing approximately 130 lbs, with brown eyes, black shoulder-length hair, with a tattoo on her left leg and a piercing on her bottom lip.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Maria Wahpistikawan is asked to contact the Saskatoon Police Service at 306-975-8300 or, in an emergency, 911. Anonymous information can also be provided to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477. A photo is attached for distribution.
