One male has been arrested after officers observed a bear spray incident.

On September 28, 2024 at approximately 2:00 a.m. police observed a male discharge bear spray at another male in the 300 block of 2nd Avenue North.

Officers attempted to stop the male; however, he fled on foot before being arrested shortly after. Upon further investigation, officers located the bear spray in an alley.

As a result, a 17-year-old male is facing charges relating to robbery, and failure to comply with court ordered conditions.
