Arrest - Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation Unit Investigation - Grand Coulee

The Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit has charged a Grand Coulee man with child exploitation offences. In September of 2024, the Saskatchewan ICE Unit commenced an online investigation relating to child pornography.

On November 7, 2024, the Saskatchewan ICE Unit executed a Search Warrant at a home in Grand Coulee. Electronic devices were examined on scene and seized pursuant to the investigation.

As a result, 44-year-old Daniel R.C. Grose of Grand Coulee was charged on November 7, 2024 with the following:

  • Possession of Child Pornography
  • Accessing Child Pornography
  • Make Child Pornography Available

Grose appeared in court on November 7th and has been released on numerous conditions. His next court appearance is set for December 16, 2024 in Regina Provincial Court.

The Saskatchewan ICE Unit is comprised of investigators from the RCMP, Regina Police Service, Saskatoon Police Service, and Prince Albert Police Service. Their mandate is to investigate crimes involving the abuse and/or exploitation of children on the internet.
