Arrests - Drug Trafficking Investigation - 100 Block Of Avenue E South

The Saskatoon Police Service Crime Reduction Team (CRT) concluded a drug trafficking investigation on November 7, 2024 with the arrests of several people.

Members of the Tactical Support Unit (TSU) and Patrol assisted in executing two search warrants, one at a residence in the 100 block of Avenue E South, and the other at a business in the 1400 block of 22nd Street West.

The following items were seized as part of the investigation:

  • $2313 CAD

  • 216.9 grams of methamphetamine

  • 56.5 grams of fentanyl

  • 1.6 grams of psilocybin

  • Brass knuckles

  • Three tasers

  • Two prohibited sawed off shotguns

  • 9mm carbine

  • Two pistols

  • Four cans of bear spray

  • Numerous edged weapons

  • One air powered crossbow

  • Two collapsible batons

  • Ammunition

  • Other items consistent with drug trafficking

As a result, a total of 14 people were arrested and at this time, 36 drug and weapons offence charges have been laid. In addition, multiple Criminal Code warrants were executed along with multiple breaches of court ordered conditions.
