Investigators with the Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit has charged a Regina man with a child exploitation offence.

In June of 2024, the Sask. ICE Unit commenced an online investigation relating to child pornography. On December 10, 2024, officers executed a Search Warrant at a home in Regina. An electronic device was seized and examined by investigators.

As a result of the investigation, 29-year-old, Nolan Robert Fraser of Regina was charged on March 3, 2025 with one count of Possession of Child Pornography.

Fraser appeared in court on March 3rd and has been released on numerous conditions. His next court appearance is set for April 28, 2025, at 9:30 A.M in Regina Provincial Court.
