A man was arrested after reportedly wielding a knife in a bar, yesterday morning.

At approximately 11:00 a.m., March 4, 2025, Patrol was dispatched to a bar in the 200 block of 21st Street East for a weapons call. It was reported to Police that a man entered the bar and made verbal threats to staff while holding a knife. He exited the bar shortly after the confrontation. Upon arrival, Patrol members located and arrested the male suspect outside the bar. A knife was located and seized from his pocket before officers transported him to SPS Detention.

A 36-year-old man is charged with Possession of a Dangerous Weapon and Carry a Concealed Weapon.
