The Saskatoon Police Service Collision Analyst Unit is investigating a fatal collision that occurred Sunday morning.
At approximately 4:30 a.m., January 12, 2025, SPS was dispatched to a collision at Preston Avenue South and Stonebridge Common. Upon arrival, Police observed a vehicle that had collided with a brick wall. Inside, officers located an injured male, the single lone occupant of the vehicle. Lifesaving measures were attempted by Police and paramedics but the 36-year-old male succumbed to his injuries.
The SPS’s Collision Analyst Unit is continuing their investigation.

The Saskatoon Police Service including the Collison Analyst Unit are on the scene of a serious motor vehicle collision at Preston Avenue & Stonebridge Common on January 12th 2025 at 0430hrs. Members of the public are being asked to find alternate routes while the investigation is being conducted.
