Weekend Stabbing Investigations

Saskatoon Police are investigating two stabbings that occurred on Saturday morning.

Shortly after 10:00 a.m., April 12, 2025, a 37-year-old man attended to hospital for treatment of a stab wound. Police learned the incident occurred earlier that morning, at approximately 9:00 a.m., near the weir at 33rd Street and Spadina Crescent East. The victim was also robbed of his cell phone by an unknown male. (25-49290)

Then, at approximately 11:00 a.m., police responded to the 2300 block of 33rd Street West for a report of a stabbing. A 26-year-old man reported having been assaulted in an unknown back alley by three individuals. (25-49314)
