A man is facing charges after unlawfully entering a home on Friday afternoon.

At approximately 2:00 p.m., April 25, 2025, patrol officers responded to a residence in the 3800 block of Miyowahkohtowin Road after it was reported an unknown male had entered the home and attempted to steal bicycles. A resident confronted the male who then grabbed a nearby knife in a threatening manner. He eventually fled the residence and was located by police in the backyard of a residence in the 3800 block of 33rd Street West.

A 34-year-old man is charged with Break and Enter and Robbery, Assault with a Weapon, and Possession of a Dangerous Weapon. (Court Info # 991301496)

No one was injured as a result.
