A man is facing charges in relation to a stabbing that occurred last month.
At approximately 8:00 p.m., April 10, 2025, a man suffering from a stab wound was transported to hospital from a residence in the 200 block of Avenue N South.
Through investigation, the SPS Serious Assault Unit identified and charged a 31-year-old man with Aggravated Assault. (Court Info # 991300158)

A 26 year old man is recovering in hospital following an assault which occurred last night.
At approximately 8:00 p.m., April 10, 2025, Police were called to a residence in the 200 block of Avenue N South. The male was found to be suffering from injuries including a stab wound. He was transported to hospital.
Upon preliminary investigation, officer learned the victim had returned to the residence after being assaulted by four males in the alley behind a business in the 1500 block of 20th Street West.
Members of the Serious Assault Unit are investigating.
