A man is facing weapons-related charges after police responded to a report of a firearm yesterday morning.

At approximately 5:30 a.m., May 6, 2025, patrol officers responded to a report of a man seen pointing a firearm before fleeing into an apartment building in the 400 block of 4th Avenue North. Responding officers located the suspect in a suite and seized an imitation firearm and an expandable baton.

A 19-year-old male is charged with Possession of a Dangerous Weapon, Carrying a Concealed Weapon, Prohibited Possession of Firearm, and breach of court-imposed conditions. (Court Info # 991302485)
