One man was transported to hospital following a stabbing yesterday.

At around 1:45 p.m. on May 29, 2025, police were called to the 3300 block of 33rd Street West for a report of a stabbing. Upon arrival, officers located the male victim suffering from a non-life-threatening stab wound; he was transported to hospital by paramedics for treatment of his injuries. The suspect had fled the scene prior to police arrival but is believed to be known to the victim.

Members of the Serious Assault Unit are continuing to investigate.
