A youth female was arrested following an assault on a paramedic yesterday.

Shortly after 8:00 p.m. on June 8, 2025, police were called to the area of Circle Drive East and Warman Road for a report of a stationary ambulance with a combative patient inside. Upon arrival, officers learned that the ambulance had been transporting the youth female when she became combative; striking a paramedic several times and causing the ambulance to stop at the roadside. Paramedics then restrained the youth until police arrived and arrested her.

As a result, the 15-year-old female has been charged with assault and failure to comply with court-imposed conditions.
