SPS Major Crime detectives along with the Forensic Identification Section are currently investigating Saskatoon’s 6th homicide of 2025.

At approximately 1:25 a.m., June 23, 2025, Police attended to a disturbance call in the 700 block of Weldon Ave. When officers arrived, they located a 53 year old woman deceased. A 32 year old male was arrested at the scene.
