At approximately 8:00 p.m., January 20, 2025, Patrol officers responded to the report of an injured person at a business in the 3900 block of Millar Avenue. Upon arrival, Police located a 23-year-old male victim suffering from stab wounds. He was transported to hospital where he was pronounced deceased. The suspect had fled the scene but was located and arrested near 2nd Avenue South and Spadina Crescent East.

A 53-year-old man is charged with First Degree Murder.

Members of the Major Crime Section and the Forensic Identification Section are continuing to investigate.
