A 35 year old man is in custody following a robbery which occurred over the weekend.

Police were called to a convenience store in the 800 block of 22nd Street West at approximately 9:40 p.m., July 13, 2025. It was reported that a man had been assaulted outside the business. Upon arrival, officers located a 42 year old man who had been beaten and robbed by three male suspects. He was transported to hospital with serious injuries. One male, matching a suspect description was located nearby a short time later and arrested.

He is facing a charge of Robbery. Members of the General Investigation Unit are investigating.
