The Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit has charged a Regina man with child exploitation offences.
On May 15, 2025, the Saskatchewan ICE Unit executed a search warrant at a home in Regina. Electronic devices were examined on scene and seized by investigators.
As a result of the investigation, 31-year-old Turner Joseph Big Eagle of Regina was charged on August 7, 2025 with the following:
- 1 Count of Possession of Child Pornography.
- 1 Count of Accessing Child Pornography.
His next court appearance is set for September 16, 2025 in Regina Provincial Court.

The Saskatchewan ICE Unit is comprised of investigators from the RCMP, Regina Police Service, Saskatoon Police Service, and Prince Albert Police Service. Their mandate is to investigate crimes involving the abuse and/or exploitation of children on the internet.
