A man is facing charges following a report of an injured person last night.

Shortly before 9:00 p.m., August 19, 2025, police responded to a physical altercation and stabbing inside an restaurant in the 900 block of 22nd Street West. The suspect fled in a vehicle prior to police arrival, but upon further investigation, was located at a residence in the 1300 block of 20th Street West.

A 40-year-old man was transported to hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.

A 60-year-old man is charged with Aggravated Assault.
