Saskatoon Police are investigating an assault which took place on the weekend, resulting in injuries to a 20 year old man.

At approximately 1:00 a.m., September 20, 2025, Police were called to Royal University Hospital. A male had been injured and was seeking treatment there. Upon arrival, officers spoke to the male who reported that he and a friend were walking behind some businesses in the 3100 block of 8th Street East at approximately 12:30 a.m., when they were approached by a group of unknown males with bicycles. An altercation occurred resulting in the 20 year old sustaining non life-threatening stab wounds.
