Stabbing Investigations

The Saskatoon Police Service is investigating several stabbings.

(25-141734): At approximately 12:00 p.m., September 29, 2025, a man attended to a hospital in the 1700 block of 20th Street West for treatment of a stab wound. Police attended and learned two persons had broken into the victim’s residence in the 200 block of Avenue V South, and stabbed the 56-year-old man before fleeing with his phone.

(25-142262): Then, at approximately 4:30 p.m., police were again dispatched to hospital after a person attended for treatment of a stab wound. A 53-year-old man reported having been bear sprayed and stabbed behind a convenience store in the 500 block of Avenue W South.

(25-142392): Shortly after 9:00 p.m., September 30, 2025, a 51-year-old male victim attended to hospital for treatment of a stab wound. Further investigation determined the incident is alleged to have happened at approximately 1:00 a.m., September 30, 2025, at 22nd Street West and Confederation Drive.

(25-142474): At approximately 1:00 a.m., October 1, 2025, police attended to the 100 block of Avenue O South for a reported disturbance. Upon arrival, they located a female suffering from a stab wound. She was transported to hospital with serious injuries. The suspect fled prior to police arrival.

(25-142496): Then, at approximately 3:00 a.m., police responded to the 600 block of Idylwyld Drive North to an injured person. Upon arrival, they located a 21-year-old man suffering from stab wounds. He was transported to hospital for treatment in stable condition.
