A 24-year-old man has been charged following an August incident in which a woman was transported to hospital after she was found suffering from stab wounds. The male is charged with Aggravated Assault.

The Saskatoon Police Serious Assault Unit is investigating a stabbing from last night.
At approximately 8:00 p.m., August 5, 2025, patrol officers responded to a report of an injured person in the 3000 block of 20th Street West. Upon arrival, they located a 49-year-old woman suffering from stab wounds. She was transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
