Two males are facing charges after pointing a firearm at a person last night.

At approximately 10:30 p.m., November 4, 2025, officers were travelling in the area of 20th Street West and Avenue H South, when they were flagged down by a male who reported that two males had just attempted to rob him and pointed a firearm at him. Police located two persons matching the suspect description nearby and, upon being taken into custody, were found to be in possession of a shotgun, a machete, and a knife.

An 18-year-old male is charged with Point Firearm, Careless Use of a Firearm, Unauthorized Possession of Firearm, Prohibited Possession of Firearm, Possession of Dangerous Weapon, Carrying Concealed Weapon. and breaching court-imposed conditions. (Court Info # 991321045)
