Members of the SPS Serious Assault Unit are investigating following a break and enter and serious assault over the weekend.

At approximately 11:00 p.m., November 8, 2025, Police were called to a residence in the 1500 block of Rayner Avenue. Upon arrival officers located a 32 year old male suffering from extensive injuries. He was transported to hospital. Further investigation found that several armed men wearing masks entered the home and assaulted the male.
