A 22 year old man is facing charges following an assault which occurred over the weekend.

At approximately 5:20 a.m., November 8, 2025, Police were called to the 400 block of Boykowich Street to a report of an injured person. Upon arrival officers located an injured 24 year old man. Initial investigation found the two men had been involved in an altercation. The 24 year old was transported to hospital with what are believed to be non life threatening injuries.

The 22 year old is charged with one count of Aggravated Assault. He was released on an undertaking with a future court date.
