One man has been arrested following several reports of an impaired driver on Friday.

At around 4:00 p.m. on November 14, 2025, police received multiple reports of a possible impaired driver swerving on the road and striking the curbs. Officers located the vehicle driving in the area of Airport Drive and Cynthia Street and attempted a traffic stop; however, the vehicle did not stop and continued to be driven erratically. Eventually, the driver pulled into a nearby parking lot; while attempting to park, the driver struck a parked vehicle before then striking the police vehicle. The driver was arrested without further incident.

As a result, the 22-year-old Saskatoon man has been charged with dangerous operation of a vehicle, operating a vehicle being pursued by police, impaired driving, and exceeding .08.
