A 36 year old man is recovering from his injuries following an assault on the weekend.

At approximately 3:30 p.m., November 30, 2025 Police received a report of an injured man in the 100 block of Avenue W South. The male had been struck with what he reported to be a machete. He also told police he did not know the male suspect that struck him. The victim was transported to hospital for treatment for non life-threatening injuries.
