Several people were arrested over the weekend following a call involving a firearm.

Shortly before 12:00 p.m., on December 13, 2025, SPS patrol officers responded to the 400 block of 26th Street West after it was reported that an individual had a firearm pointed at them. Five people were located and transported to SPS Detention. Upon arrival at Detention, a female was found concealing methamphetamine on her person.

Following further investigation by the SPS Guns & Gangs Unit, a search warrant was executed and officers located two imitation firearms, methamphetamine, and rifle ammunition and magazines.

A 38-year-old male is charged with Utter Threats (x2) and Assault with a Weapon. A 29-year-old female is charged with Possession of Methamphetamine. (Court Info #'s 991324624, 991324626)
