Three people are facing charges after police responded to a report of a firearm yesterday evening.

At approximately 5:45 p.m., March 10, 2026, patrol officers responded to a parking lot in the 1800 block of Idylwyld Drive North after a male was seen unlawfully entering a vehicle. When confronted, the suspect produced what appeared to be a firearm and fled in a different vehicle. Police located the vehicle and detained the occupants for a weapons investigation. In searching the vehicle, officers located a shotgun and ammunition, an imitation firearm, methamphetamine, and fentanyl.

Two males, both 36-years-old, and a 29-year-old female are facing weapons- and drug-related charges. (Court Info # 991332624, 991332628, 991332627, 991332626)
