Members of the Saskatoon Police Service Serious Assault Unit (SAU) are investigating in relation to an incident where a man was believed to have been assaulted on Saturday.

At approximately 1:40 p.m. on March 21, 2026, police were called to the 200 block of Avenue U South for a report of a male who was not conscious.

Upon arrival, officers located the 30-year-old man with what were believed to be non-life-threatening injuries; he was transported to hospital by paramedics for further care. It is believed the male had previously been assaulted at an unknown location prior to him being located in the 200 block of Avenue U South.
