Two people were arrested following a robbery last night.

At around 8:30 p.m. on April 9, 2026, police were called to the 100 block of Mackie Crescent for a report of a robbery that had just occurred. Upon arrival, officers learned that the victim had been walking in the area when she was approached by two unknown persons who robbed her of her property. The victim ran to a nearby home to seek assistance; however, the suspects began following her. As the homeowner opened the door, the suspects fled in the opposite direction. Additional responding units located the suspects in the area and arrested them without incident; the victim’s property was located nearby.

As a result, a 30-year-old woman and a 28-year-old man have been charged with robbery and failure to comply with court-imposed conditions.
