Saskatoon Police members are at the scene of a collision where the driver of a semi-truck towing a trailer and grain bin southbound on Idylwyld Dr failed to heed the height restrictions of the 51st St overpass. The bin struck the overpass, was dislodged from the trailer, and is currently wedged, blocking the merge lane from westbound 51st St.

While the through lanes of Idylwyld Dr are not affected directly by the grain bin, it's anticipated that extracting and re-loading it will severely hamper traffic. Drivers are asked to find alternate routes.
