The 13-year-old subject of a missing persons investigation, Hazelynn Kahpeaysewat, has been located and found to be safe.

The Saskatoon Police Service is requesting public assistance in locating missing 13-year-old Hazelynn Kahpeaysewat.
Hazelynn was last seen on August 5th, 2026 at approximately 6:40 a.m. in the 1400 block of 20th Street West. She was last seen wearing a black jacket, grey pants, and sunglasses and is described as female, 5’4, approximately 125 pounds, with long dark hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Hazelynn Kahpeaysewat is asked to contact police at 306-975-8300 or submit an anonymous tip to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
